Use of the site
Chinese Color Atlas provides traditional Chinese color references, design resources, sample downloads, and product information. You may browse the site and use free samples for evaluation and design workflow testing.
Use of the iOS app
The Chinese Color Atlas iOS app is part of the same Chinese Color Atlas / Chroma Cathay service. App features, website content, sample downloads, external links, and related documentation are governed by these terms. The first iOS release does not sell or unlock paid digital content inside the app.
Intellectual property
Chinese Color Atlas is a Chroma Cathay project by TOTM Tech. The Chinese Color Atlas brand, site design, written explanations, product packaging, and curated datasets are owned by Chroma Cathay or licensed to us. Source materials may have their own licenses, which are noted where relevant.

Paid products
Paid resource packs, when offered on the website, are sold as digital downloads through Polar checkout. Your purchase grants access to the files listed on the product page under the stated license terms. These website purchases do not unlock additional paid digital content inside the current iOS app. If in-app purchases are added later, these terms will be updated.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, scrape it at abusive rates, interfere with service availability, or redistribute paid resources without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product and resource packs evolve. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
